DELIVERY AND RETURNS
All prices are indicated in Euros, taxes included. Prices are calculated as accurately as possible.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number. Dédés works without stock and each piece is made to order. The delivery time can vary from 7 to 30 days depending our capacity to produce all orders and avaibility of our partners and fibers. The maximum delivery time is 60 days from the date of order (excluding weekends).
All orders are sent from the Dédés workshops in Nice. Orders are sent via various services (Mainly Chronopost or Colissimo). We ship worldwide. Delivery charges are calculated based on your delivery address.
Customs charges for shipments outside Europe may apply and we are not responsible for them. We cannot predict if charges will apply or the amount that will be charged.
Insurance is available to cover the full refund of your order in the event of loss. This insurance costs 1% of the total value of your order if it is greater than 1200€ and at the price of 12€ for lower orders. If you wish to subscribe to this insurance, please specify it in the “comments” box when paying for your order or by sending an email to email@example.com.
RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND
The return or exchange of items will only be accepted in the event of a delivery error or non-compliance of the product, and in this case the items must be returned in perfect condition, unused or damaged. If your order has been made to measure or if you wish to make a modification, we will not be able to exchange or refund your order.
The return of the products is the responsibility of the buyer.
If the piece is made-to-measure and as far as possible, we may consider returning your order for a modification, in this case the costs of return and new shipment will also be borne by the buyer.
